My darling Toby- from the moment you chose me as an 8 week old puppy, I knew you were special. That mischievous twinkle in your eye said it all – you were a born performer and just loved to be the centre of attention. Your good looks, gentle nature and impeccable manners won you hearts wherever you went and your media work brought smiles to the faces of thousands of people across the country. You inspired so many others to get a dog 'like Toby' and you are sorely missed by all of those who loved you. We are all lucky to have been blessed by your magic.
You watched over me for all those years with your unconditional love and friendship – always there for me- a gentle shoulder to cry on. You were a wonderful listener and my best friend. Thank you. Sharing my life with you was a privilege. You made my life fun and filled my days with laughs and happiness. Our many adventures together were a joy and our bond so close.
Tobes, you are my soul mate and there really are no words to say how much I love and miss you. What I wouldn't give for just one more pat, one more game of Kong or to see the sea breeze blow in your magnificent hair. I hope you and Milly are up to your old mischief together, running amuck and entertaining the crowds.
